Job Summary
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in process engineering and automation/robotics to lead manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence improving production efficiency and implementing advanced automation technologies to optimize plant performance. The ideal candidate combines leadership technical expertise and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure safety quality and productivity goals are consistently achieved. This position offers relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations including production maintenance quality and logistics.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering manufacturing and support functions.
- Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Design implement and maintain automated and robotic systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to improve workflows cycle times and throughput.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and company policies.
- Develop and manage plant budgets capital expenditures and cost control initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production issues.
- Support new product introductions and scaling of manufacturing processes.
- Foster a culture of safety quality accountability and continuous improvement.
