We are seeking ahigh-energy sales-driven VIP Service Coordinatorto engage with service customers elevate their experience and actively identify opportunities to generate additional service and parts revenue.
Position Overview
This is not just a customer service rolethis is arevenue-driving position. The VIP Service Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers building rapport andturning service visits into sales opportunities by promoting maintenance upgrades and additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every service customer with energy professionalism and urgency
- Actively build relationships and maintain a strong presence in the service drive
- Identify andcreate sales opportunitieswithin the service lane
- Support service advisors by reinforcing recommendations and increasing customer approval rates
- Assist in managing customer flow and ensuring a premium experience
- Follow up with customers to drive repeat business and retention
Qualifications
- Proven experience insales customer engagement or upselling(automotive preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Outgoing confident personality with a natural ability to connect with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
