Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within Business this individual contributor role you will serve as a strategic advisor partnering closely with the Business Banking Sales Executive Controls Risk Audit Finance HR and Incentive Compensation Design & Delivery teams to strengthen the effectiveness and business-level governance of incentive programs. You will support the end-to-end incentive compensation lifecycle including plan design risk assessment implementation communication monitoring and ongoing adjustments ensuring alignment to business strategy growth priorities and regulatory expectations. You will also lead the goal setting process in collaboration with Business Banking Sales Executive ensuring full alignment with the plan.
This role leverages business performance outcomes and behavioral insights to drive continuous enhancements of incentive programs reinforce appropriate customer and sales behaviors ensure metrics are aligned and support sustainable growth. You will help translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans support goal alignment and ensure strong oversight frameworks are in place to balance performance risk management and expected growth outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership providing strategic insight to drive performance enterprise initiatives and largescale business outcomes through datadriven analysis executivelevel presentations and clear recommendations.
- Own the endtoend strategy for incentive programs and performance reporting ensuring alignment with enterprise growth productivity and strategic objectives while reinforcing desired behaviors and accountability across the organization.
- Lead the strategy design and resolution of highly complex crossorganizational challenges applying deep expertise in Business Execution incentive strategy analytics and performance management to deliver sustainable longterm solutions.
- Develop datadriven business cases pilots and testandlearn initiatives to evaluate incentive metrics peer structures and reporting enhancements ensuring performance reporting clearly links results to incentive outcomes and enables effective coaching performance management and leadership decisionmaking.
- Provide vision direction and leadership to crossfunctional teams steering committees and forums to facilitate decisionmaking align stakeholders and support implementation of recommendations and execution plans.
- Drive incentive communications and change enablement partnering with Incentive Compensation Design & Delivery to clearly articulate plan mechanics expected behaviors and impacts to leaders and frontline teams.
- Lead continuous improvement and issue management identifying root causes resolving incentive and reportingrelated issues and incorporating lessons learned into future program design.
- Strategically engage with leaders and professionals at all levels across multiple lines of business serving as a credible advisor and influencing outcomes in complex matrixed environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business/sales enablement content development communications or related functions. Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed organization.
- 3 years of experience overseeing or managing complex incentive compensation programs within financial services
- 5 years of experience in banking financial services or branch banking experience .
- Deep understanding of Small and/or Business Banking and Lending
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategic goals into actionable content and communication plans.
- Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-level process improvements.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across multiple business lines. Experience with building and developing a high-performing team culture focused on innovation and accountability and continuous improvement.
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule
