Payment and Benefits

• The hourly wage starts at $14.00 with the possibility of receiving increases in as little as one month. We also offer weekly performance bonuses. And the best part is that you keep 100% of your tips!

• We offer basic health coverage including dental and vision in addition to a 401 (k) retirement plan with a company contribution of up to 4%.

Schedule

• Define your own availability: choose the days and times you want to work each week and well create a schedule adapted to your preferences.

• Take time off when you need it: Enjoy unlimited unpaid time off as long as you plan ahead.

• Take additional shifts: add more hours when it suits you up to 40 hours per week!

Requirements:

• Be eligible to drive on the Uber app (without prior suspensions on the platform).

• Be at least 25 years old

• Have a valid Florida drivers license with at least 1 year of driving experience in the United States.

• Pass a background check and drug test.

• Have a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Clear communication: Being able to speak and follow instructions from the driver support team.

• Technology management: feel comfortable using navigation applications (Uber Driver Google Maps) emails and web browsing.

• Physical agility: being able to constantly get in and out of the car to help passengers with their luggage.

• Physical strength: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds from time to time.

• Endurance: Being able to sit while driving for extended periods of time.
