Description

We are seeking aLead IT Analyst Pricingto serve as the technology lead for enterprise pricing platforms within the global commercial domain. This critical role will take ownership of the end-to-end life cycle for Honeywells Commercial Pricing tools & platforms and works at the intersection ofPricing Sales and Technology.

You will lead pricing capabilities enablement and adoption acrossPROS Salesforce CPQpartnering closely with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to design scalable highimpact solutions that improve pricing accuracy margin performance and sales efficiency.

This is ahandson architect rolewith strong influence over solution design roadmap decisions and crossplatform integrations.



Responsibilities

Pricing Technology Leadership

Own and lead enterprise pricing solutions acrossPROS Salesforce CPQ and SAP ERP/S4

  • Act as the primary technology partner for Pricing and Commercial teams
  • Drive pricing strategy execution through scalable wellgoverned system designand provide technology thought leadership.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design and leadendtoend pricing and integrated quoting solutionsacross Salesforce CPQ ERP and other downstream systems
  • Ensure consistent pricing logic data flow and integrations across platforms
  • Review and approve functional and technical designs for pricing initiatives

PROS & SAP Pricing

  • LeadPROS pricing implementations and integrations including Price Management Guidance and Optimization
  • Strong understanding ofSAP Pricingmethodologies & procedures (list pricing discounts price conditions agreements)
  • Improve pricing accuracy performance and governance through system enhancements that aligns to Honeywells strategic short- and long-term Pricing objectives

Salesforce & CPQ Domain Expertise(Preferred)

  • Guide pricing architecture withinSalesforce & SAP CPQ including pricing rules discounting approval workflows and performance optimization
  • Partner with CRM and LeadToCash teams to enable seamless quotetoorder flows

Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Lead pricing workstreams across multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborate with product owners architects developers and internal/external partners
  • Support production stability issue resolution and continuous improvement

Role Expectations

  • Own amissioncritical pricing platformwith real business impact
  • Own outcomesandlead solution direction roadmaps & architectureacross multiple systems
  • Serve as asubjectmatter expertin pricing technology
  • Influenceenterprise architecture and longterm platform strategy
  • Work withmodern Pricing and CPQ technologiesat scale
  • Provide strong functional thought leadershipand consulting in the respectivedomain and bean advisor to the business on Industry best practices
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture Review Board forArchitecture Governanceand alignment.
  • Align with enterprise-wide Agile teams andstrong adherence to Agile cadence.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Overall 7 years of IT experience with 4 years of experience with PROS / or similar Smart Pricing platforms.
  • Handson experience withPROS pricing solutionsand integrations with SAP
  • Proven ability to design and deliverenterprisescale Pricing / CPQ solutions
  • Strong Executive Leadership Presencecommunication skills and ability to influence engineering and business stakeholders
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience withSalesforce SAP CPQ especially pricing integration & architecture
  • Knowledge ofQuotetoCash / OrdertoCashprocesses
  • Experience working in large global or matrixed organizations
  • Background leading crossfunctional or crossplatform initiatives
