Tax Credit Leasing Specialist The Victoria at Huxley Yards

Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for The Victoria at Huxley Yardsapartment community in Madison WI. This is a Tax Credit/Elderly property with 250 units. This position will pay up to $20an hour determined by experience certifications skills and education. Previous experience with LIHTC apartments preferred.
