Whats Available:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

• Shift: MondayFriday Day shifts

• Location: La Crosse

• Hybrid eligible after training

• No weekends or holidays

What you will do:

• Coordinate staffing coverage across assigned units by aligning personnel availability skill mix and established guidelines to support safe highquality patient care.

• Partner with clinical leadership to plan future staffing patterns manage employee requests (PTO education meetings) and ensure schedules remain within budget and departmental standards.

• Serve as a resource and educator for timecard system

• Support the Staffing Office as needed by coordinating daily staffing assignments updating timecard system with realtime adjustments and collaborating with systemwide leadership to meet immediate staffing needs.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• 2 years of experience in an administrative environment

• experience in a medical environment with personnel scheduling experience desired

• Experience with UKG scheduling and timekeeping systems preferred

• Excel experience problem solving skills and organization is a plus!
