Join Microns Front End Central Process Integration Engineering team as a Senior-level Device Engineer and become part of a global network committed to excellence. This role offers the outstanding opportunity to collaborate with our international teams to improve device performance ensuring we meet and exceed product yield and quality benchmarks. You will focus primarily on DRAM with the potential to expand into NAND flash memory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Optimize process steps to achieve optimal device performance.

• Reduce device variability to ensure consistent high-quality output.

• Build and refine layout or test specifications.

• Standardize device engineering business processes and working methodologies.
