Job Summary

Senior Administrative Program Coordinator Annual Giving

The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the Director and the Annual Giving team. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator is responsible for general departmental office administration including purchasing invoice processing scheduling and support of meetings and training sessions. Other responsibilities include utilizing Microsoft tools to develop workflows forms and communication templates to support the management of AIS projects and tasks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2 years of experience providing office or administrative support

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

  1. Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as the ability to interact professionally courteously and effectively with internal and external groups
  2. Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple demands and multiple projects; establish priorities and meet deadlines
  3. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office applications particularly Word and Excel
  5. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment maintain confidentiality integrity and discretion In the performance of all duties.
  6. Ability to lift move and/or carry up to 401bs
  7. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Some college
  2. Some book-keeping experience
  3. Experience working in a higher education or non-profit setting
