About the Role
The Installation Services Specialist Field Service serves as the primary technical support resource for installation partners ensuring they have the guidance and tools needed to successfully complete installations in the field. This role works closely with installers service teams and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues coordinate solutions and improve overall customer satisfaction. Its a great fit for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys problem-solving and building strong working relationships.
What Youll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for installation teams providing real-time technical support and guidance
Troubleshoot product and installation issues coordinating with service teams and third-party providers to resolve them
Manage installation-related cases including documentation communication and timely resolution
Build strong relationships with installation partners dealers and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM/SAP systems to track cases and support activities
Requirements
What Were Looking For
23 years of experience in technical support service or a related role
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills ideally within the commercial fitness industry
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with CRM systems and ERP tools (SAP preferred)
Strong attention to detail organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
