Job Summary
Job Description:
Were looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associatesto join our Community-Based Services team supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes.
Schedule: Part time and per diem schedules available; Must be willing to work 1 weekend shift per week.
Part time 24 hours a week
Thursday 7a-3p
Friday 7a-3p
Saturday 7a-3p

Pay:$22.62/hour
If you have experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
The Direct Support Associatewill support in promoting independence creating a safe environment and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration
Assisting with lifting transferring and mobility support
Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping meal preparation and laundry
Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities appointments and community events
Follow each individualscare plan
All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet
Other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience providing direct support or direct care (preferred)
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and automobile insurance
