Youll partner with diverse colleagues guide quality professionals and influence continuous improvement initiatives that make a lasting impact.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact:
Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies and plans.
Define standards and specifications for manufacturing and assembly processes.
Report internally on quality activities progress and key outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve processes.
Lead mentor and support quality professionals.
Deliver training and workshops to elevate quality awareness.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams on customer-specific requirements.
Ensure adherence to all external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background:
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in quality processes and business operations.
Certification or demonstrated experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Strong communication abilities with skill in influencing across teams.
Proven capability to respond to and resolve quality issues effectively.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
