DeVoe Automotive Group is looking for a Service Appointment Specialist to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). This role is the heartbeat between our customers and service teamkeeping schedules full customers happy and operations running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing

This is a high-energy people-focused role where no two days look exactly the same.

On the phones:

• Answer inbound calls from customers needing service
• Help guide them on next steps and answer basic questions
• Keep conversations friendly efficient and helpful

Scheduling & coordination:

• Book and confirm service appointments
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians
• Capture customer concerns clearly so the team is set up for success

Keeping things organized:

• Enter and update customer info in our CRM
• Track communication and follow-ups
• Keep records clean and accurate

What Were Looking For

• 1 year of experience in customer service call center BDC or admin support
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to handle high call volume
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
• CRM experience is a plus
• Reliable detail-oriented and team-focused
