Job Title: Recruiter

Location: 26701 Telegraph Rd Southfield MI 48033

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 30 Minutes Lunch

Assignment minimum of 6 months could be longer

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc..
• Source and attract candidates by using databases social media etc..
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.

• Familiarity with HR databases applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors).
• Collaborates with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles provide updates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
