- Collect empty bottles and glasses.
- Bus tables load and unload glass washing machines.
- Store clean dishes glasses and equipment appropriately.
- Prepare mixers juices and cocktail garnishes.
- Change out beer kegs safely requesting assistance when needed.
- Restock liquor bottles.
- Refill ice bins.
