Job Summary
A key Optimus client is looking for a commercially aggressive customer-obsessed Commodities Marketer to help expand our liquids marketing platform across North America.
This is an opportunity for a true book buildersomeone who knows how to originate barrels create customer stickiness solve logistics problems and turn market dislocations into profitable flow.
The ideal candidate brings:
- a strong background in some combination of crude oil condensate fuels butane naphtha or related hydrocarbon streams along with the
- grit commercial creativity and market instincts that separate great marketers from average ones.
- The ability to not only maintain business but to create it
You will:
- Own customer relationships
- identify new commercial pathways
- structure creative purchase and sales solutions
- leverage our clients purchasing gathering transportation and trade finance capabilities to grow a differentiated book.
You will need:#LI-DNI
- a bachelors degree or commensurate experience
- demonstrable experience providing commercial services in the commodity of your expertise
- significant understanding of the infrastructure and key players in your region of expertise
- strong negotiation skills
