Job Summary

Organizational Change Management Lead Boston MA / Washington DC

Cannon Search is partnering with a well-established professional services organization in Boston to find a senior Change Management professional ready to own AI adoption strategy from the ground up.

What Youll Do:

Own firmwide change management strategy for AI & technology rollouts
Build adoption plans training and stakeholder engagement across a large complex org
Partner directly with senior leadership to drive buy-in and reduce resistance

What You Need:

5 years in organizational change management (OCM) not primarily comms or PR
Proven track record leading enterprise technology adoption
Prosci certification or strong ADKAR/Kotter framework experience
Familiarity with AI tools a strong plus
Bachelors degree required
