Job Summary

We areseekinga strategic results-orientedSeniorBrand &Channel Marketing Managerto lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the Electromechanical Solutions (EMS) portfolio. This roleis responsible forleading the vision development and execution of marketing programs that strengthen brand equity increase market share and enhance customer a key leader on the team this role will also be directly involved indriving growthfor our brands with channel partners especially ourWholesale distribution channel.

As a key member of the leadership team this individual willlead a team toserve as the primary connection betweenchannel partners sales product management marketing and training ensuring alignment across go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend ofstrategic leadership analytical rigor and hands-on execution with deep experience in B2B channel marketing and wholesale role willalso champion brand strategy ensuring consistent positioning messaging and identity across all channels to strengthen brand equity and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing & Brand Leadership:

  • Lead the creation and execution ofintegrated omnichannel marketing strategiesto support product lines vertical markets and customer segments.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels in alignment with ASSA ABLOY brand standards.

  • Oversee development of marketing collateral digital content product messaging and promotional campaigns to support sales growth.

  • Lead new product introductions including go-to-market strategyandpromotional activities.

  • Drive the development of customer-facing programs including co-op marketing promotions and partner enablement tools.

Channel & Wholesale Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of theWholesale channel marketing strategy driving growth engagement and market share across key distribution partners.

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Wholesale partners building andmaintainingstrong relationships whileidentifyingnew business opportunities.

  • Lead regular business reviews with channel partners including performance analysis demand planning and marketing/training alignment.

  • Analyze channel performance (monthly quarterly annually) andprovideactionable insights including customer performance pipeline outlook and competitive positioning.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement:

  • Collaborateclosely withsales product management training engineering and operationsto align marketing initiatives with businessobjectives.

  • Identifyand develop training and educational programs to support product adoption system design and application knowledge.

  • Enable channel partners and internal teams with tools content and insights to effectively position and sell products.

  • Support demand generation and lead development efforts through coordinated marketing and sales initiatives.

Marketing Operations & Performance:

  • Leadthe development and management ofmarketing plans budgets and KPIsaligned with business and growthobjectives.

  • Establish and track performance metrics to measure effectiveness of channel programs campaigns and initiatives.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends customer needs and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

  • Oversee digital presence including websites and electronic marketing tools to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead with a positive attitude visionpassionand energy to inspire others.

  • Develop the marketing team fostering a culture ofinnovation accountability and collaboration.

  • Provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership to ensureexecution ofexcellence.

  • Manage internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs efficiently.

  • Supports sales efforts in the development ofbest in classcustomer marketing co-op programs;todevelop andenhancecustomer relationships

Essential Experience:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.Core Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related field of study; MBA preferred.

  • 10 years of experience in marketing communications (withdemonstratedsuccess in B2B experience) 5 of which must be in a management capacity.

  • Strong abilities in both practical and conceptual leadership.

  • Innovative thinker with a passion for ground-breaking ideasmethodsand/or communications with an ability to translate this vision intobest-in-classmarketing strategies promotional activities and product launches that drives market share and sales growth.

  • Hands-on experience and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

  • Thought leadership on electronic marketing andcomputer-basedapplications.

  • Professional abilities in both technical and creative writing.

  • Strongprojectmanagement skills with experience leading across operating companies and departments.

  • Resourcefulness and imaginationto leadchange.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

TheSeniorBrand&Channel Marketing Managerwillbe responsible forthe supervision of all marketing and graphics personnel employed in the EMS&OEM Group consisting of three companies.
