People Operations Coordinator

Flo streams more than 50000 live events annually across sports including motorsports wrestling hockey track & field cheer jiu-jitsu NCAA Division II and III athletics and more. THE ROLE:

FloSports is hiring an HR Coordinator to keep our people operations running smoothly. This is a highly detail-oriented in-office role supporting payroll onboarding and core HR processes across the company. A high-impact in-office role at the center of the employee experience end-to-end ownership across the employee lifecyclewith visibility ownership and a clear path to grow within HR as we build the future of sports media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage background checks and pre-employment processes

• Own onboarding offboarding administration (HiBob preferred ADP required)

• Support payroll processing and serve as backup for payroll benefits

• Coordinate benefits enrollment onboarding

• Maintain accurate personnel files and employee records

• Process employee changes (status updates comp changes etc.)

• Manage new hire swag onboarding experience

• Partner with HR TA and Finance to ensure smooth employee lifecycle operations

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 13 years experience in HR payroll or people operations

• Experience with ADP required (HiBob ATS a plus)

• Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Proactive reliable and comfortable owning processes end-to-end

BONUS:

• Experience with Canadian payroll and employment laws
