Salary Range: $95k/yr - $113k/yr

What you will be doing:

The person in this position upholds defends coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for eliciting and documenting user requirements and user stories in real time in an Agile/DevOps environment. They are responsible for establishing the minimum viable product grooming the backlog and Change Management.

d. 4 years of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects with competing availability priorities and multiple stakeholders
e. 4 years experience eliciting and documenting user requirements.
f. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories ATDD TDD Continuous Integration Continuous Testing Pairing and Automated Testing.

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• 4 years of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects with competing availability priorities and multiple stakeholders
• 4 years experience eliciting and documenting user requirements.
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories ATDD TDD Continuous Integration Continuous Testing Pairing and Automated Testing.

Education:

• BA/BS with minimum 5 years experience

• or substitute with AA/AS with 7 years experience.

Certifications:

• Require IAT Level I (A CE CCNA Security Network CE and SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification. AND

• Product Owner certification.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required. The ability to move files open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
