Trademark Paralegal

We are looking for a Trademark Paralegal with 5 years of experience to join our tight-knit Chambers-ranked Trademark & Brand Management group. You will be a key player on a collaborative team supporting a growing practice with a diverse and exciting client base including major names in entertainment and gaming. This is a crucial hire to help manage an expanding workload and contribute immediately to our success.

What will you be doing

• Conducting trademark searches and clearance using the USPTO database.
• Filing and prosecuting trademark applications including responding to office actions.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of client dockets using the CPI system.
• Coordinating with foreign counsel on international trademark filings and management.
• Communicating directly with clients regarding their trademark matters.
