Job Summary
Mark Brower Properties is one of the highest-rated property management companies in Arizona and were growing. Were looking to bring on someone who wants to build a real career in sales and real estatenot just take another job.
You dont need a ton of experience for this fact wed rather find someone early in their career whos competitive driven and ready to learn. This could be a great fit if you just graduated or if youre working in hospitality retail fitness or any kind of customer-facing role and youre ready for something with more upside.
What matters most to us is your mindset. If you like talking to people youre motivated by winning and youre willing to put in the work to get better youll do well here.
In this role youll be talking with property owners and investors about managing their rental properties. We have strong inbound leads but youll also learn how to build your own pipeline over time. Youll meet clients be out in the field and represent our brand. Youll also be learning directly from experienced leaders who will coach you on how to sell communicate and grow in this business.
This isnt just a jobits a starting point. Youll learn how to close deals how to think like a business owner and how real estate investing works. Well also reimburse you for getting your Arizona real estate license.
Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission with a clear path to strong income as you develop. We also offer full benefits PTO and a 401k.
