What Youll Be Responsible For
Lead and oversee all financial operations for the hospital including:
Billing Accounts Receivable Cash Management and Collections
Accounts Payable Payroll and General Ledger
Budgeting Forecasting and Financial Reporting
Internal Controls and Audit processes
Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements budgets and required state reports
Partner with executive leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency initiatives
Support strategic planning efforts across the organization
Participate in Governing Body meetings and key leadership committees
Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and applicable financial standards
Leadership Scope
Direct oversight of 2 team members:
Purchasing Coordinator
Accounting Assistant
What Were Looking For (Must-Haves)
Proven financial leadership experience within a hospital setting (acute care inpatient rehab LTACH or behavioral health)
Bachelors degree required
Stable career progressionseeking candidates with strong tenure (no job hoppers)

Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a lean environment
