Occupational Therapists

AlediumHR is partnering with a leading Medical Center to bring on Occupational Therapists in a variety of roles and responsibilities who want more than just a routine caseload.

This role gives you exposure across acute care and rehabilitation working with patients who truly need hands-on functional recovery support. If youre the type who takes pride in helping patients regain independence and get back to their lives this is a solid fit.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
• Work across multiple settings including acute care inpatient rehab and medical-surgical units
• Deliver therapy that supports daily living activities mobility and safety
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes
• Maintain accurate timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current OT license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Experience

• Experience in acute care inpatient rehab or outpatient settings
• Comfort working across different patient populations and care environments
