AlediumHR is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Houston seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst with deep expertise in reimbursement and revenue analytics.
This is not an entry-level analytics role. Youll be stepping into a high-visibility position where accuracy insight and real-world understanding of healthcare revenue cycles matter. If youve worked in net revenue for years and know how to turn data into decisions this is a strong opportunity.
Non-Negotiable Requirement
Hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) If you dont have it this role will not be a fit.
What Youll Do
Support the monthly financial close process including:
Data validation and accuracy checks
Trend modeling and variance analysis
Journal entries and account reconciliations
Analyze financial and reimbursement data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Prepare reports and schedules for internal leadership and external auditors
Contribute to reserve methodologies and financial modeling
Track and report on managed care contract performance
Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on revenue-related initiatives
Stay current on reimbursement changes across government and commercial payors
Play an active role in system enhancements and revenue cycle improvements
What You Bring
7 years of experience in net revenue analysis within healthcare
Strong background in revenue accounting and reimbursement structures
Working knowledge of commercial and government payors
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems
Strong communication skillsyou can explain the why behind the numbers
Preferred Experience
CPA or advanced degree (Finance Accounting Economics or related)
Experience with systems such as Excel Lawson EPSI and Crowe RCA
Experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts
What to Expect
This is a hands-on analytical role where youll be expected to think not just report. Youll work closely with finance leadership and have direct visibility into how revenue performance is measured and improved.
Location Requirement
This role is based in Houston TX. Candidates must already be local or able to be on-site as needed with short notice.
