This is a hands-on engineering opportunity where youll troubleshoot real systems improve processes and grow into a technical leader within a high-performance plant environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting electrical systems controls and process issues in live production
• Supporting PLC systems (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
• Developing engineered solutions to recurring equipment problems
• Supporting capital projects equipment rebuilds and system improvements
• Partnering with maintenance operations and engineering teams
• Driving improvements in safety quality and production performance

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Exposure to PLC systems controls or automation
• Strong problem-solving mindset in real-world environments

Bonus:

• Allen-Bradley PLC experience
• Drives power distribution or automation networking exposure
• Metals or heavy manufacturing experience
