Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Foreman to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead supervise and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites
- Plan coordinate and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Perform advanced installation configuration and troubleshooting of security systems (access control CCTV intrusion detection)
- Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards safety requirements and customer expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians project managers and customers
- Train mentor and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance
- Conduct site walks verify materials and ensure proper system design execution
- Maintain accurate documentation including job progress changes and completion reports
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience in security system installation (CCTV access control intrusion systems)
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems wiring standards and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel AMAG SWH Genetec Avigilon Hanwha Axis)
- Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel AMAG SWH Genetec Avigilon Hanwha Axis)
- Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance
Compensation - starting at $40/hr commensurate with experience
