Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Foreman to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead supervise and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites
• Plan coordinate and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Perform advanced installation configuration and troubleshooting of security systems (access control CCTV intrusion detection)
• Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards safety requirements and customer expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians project managers and customers
• Train mentor and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance
• Conduct site walks verify materials and ensure proper system design execution
• Maintain accurate documentation including job progress changes and completion reports
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 5 years of experience in security system installation (CCTV access control intrusion systems)
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems wiring standards and industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel AMAG SWH Genetec Avigilon Hanwha Axis)
• Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel AMAG SWH Genetec Avigilon Hanwha Axis)
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance

Compensation - starting at $40/hr commensurate with experience
