Emplify Health by Gundersen Boscobel is seeking a detailoriented outgoing and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Emergency Services and Med/Surg departments!In this essential role youll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. Whats Available:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)

• Schedule: MondayFriday daytime hours 8:00 AM4:30 PM

• Departments: Emergency Services and Med/Surg

• Location: Onsite Boscobel

What you will do:

• Partner with providers clinical staff and leaders to support patient care and team success

• Help with staff scheduling data entrycalendar management meeting prep and taking meeting minutes!

• Primary tasks include a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• No experience required but clerical /office experience and CNA/MA experience is a desire

• Strong technology customer service and scheduling skills preferred
