Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy this role you will evaluate treat and support children with communication feeding and developmental needs while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to empowering families and improving outcomes.
What Youll Be Doing:
Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
Document evaluations progress notes billing and treatment plans using EMR systems
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Establish goals and measure progress according to the clients Plan of Care
Manage assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPA(s)
Coordinate care with school staff early intervention programs case managers parents/guardians and clinical directors
Provide education and support to clients and families to promote carryover and success at home

Qualifications
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Florida licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Medicaid and National Provider Number (NPI) preferred
Previous pediatric experience preferred
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications and EMR systems
Flexibility strong organizational skills and commitment to professional growth
Demonstrates integrity tact and sound judgment
Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle as required for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
