Our clients openingcreated through a recent acquisitionis a great match for someone with previous office management experience who is available now for a part-time role helping organize and streamline newly acquired office procedures.
This position is expected to start at the equivalent of 23 days per week with a longer-term plan to grow into a full-time role. The owner is also open to some hybrid flexibility as the position evolves.
Job Duties:
- Assist with simple accounting entries
- Manage payroll and payroll tax entries
- Support job costing processes
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Provide general administrative support as needed
This is a match for someone who can step in quickly bring structure to day-to-day processes and help create a smooth transition during a period of growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or administrative leadership
- Working knowledge of accounting functions including payroll AP/AR and job costing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving processes
