Position Overview
We are currently looking to add a dynamic Client Experience Coordinator to our passionate team of tree care professionals. This is a full-time in-office position with a Monday through Friday ideal candidate will be highly organized comfortable managing a high volume of phone-based communication and experienced in administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
This position is within our Residential and Commercial Tree Care division.
Job Duties
What Youll Do:
Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the clients and the office
Field current and prospective client calls
Process employee timesheets and assist with payroll data entry
Maintain various databases and spreadsheets
Order and maintain office supplies
Invoice manage accounts receivable and maintain files
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Notify clients of scheduled applications and filing of necessary paperwork
Qualifications
Skills Were Seeking:
Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
Prior administrative customer service or call center experience
Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems
Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
Minumum typing speed of 50 WPM
