Position Summary
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience managing front desk operations and educating patients on the benefits of ongoing chiropractic care while supporting clinic performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming professional clinic experience
• Educate patients on wellness plans packages and services
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and manage scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient records in clinic systems
• Handle incoming calls inquiries and follow-ups
• Support clinic goals by converting patients to wellness plans
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Comfortable discussing pricing memberships and promotions
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn clinic systems
• Reliable professional and goal-driven

This role requires availability during clinic hours including open-to-close shifts.

• MondayFriday: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM
• SaturdaySunday: 9:30 AM 4:00 PM

• Starting salary:$15 hour
• Bonus potential
• 3-5 day workweek
