Description
- Streamlining business processes improving data visibility and enhancing collaboration
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs translate them into technical solutions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
- Developing data tracking to monitor project and organizational impact including tracking funding and impacts based on project schedule overtime leave and new requirements
- Designing developing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks such as approvals reminders report generation and notifications
- Specific examples include automating overtime requests and time-off requests
- Integrating various Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint Outlook Teams Power BI etc.) to create seamless information flows and collaborative solutions
- Designing developing and maintaining SharePoint sites lists and libraries to support business processes; a one stop shop knowledge base that is organized logically with clear navigation broken out by functional areas
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights
- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing automation scripts and flows ensuring their stability and optimal performance
- Collaborating with project leads to gather and document business requirements for new automation projects and enhancements
- Translating business requirements into technical designs considering scalability and maintainability
- Testing developed solutions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users and support personnel
- Tracking funding and impacts based on project schedule overtime leave new requirements etc. and reporting on this data
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features updates and best practices
- Providing training and support to end-users on new and existing Microsoft 365 solutions

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science information systems management mathematics or similar
- Active Secret clearance
- Microsoft Power Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Power Automate and Power BI
- M365 Integration Expertise: Integrating M365 tools specifically SharePoint Teams and Outlook to create seamless collaborative solutions
- SharePoint Design & Management: Designing developing and maintaining complex SharePoint sites lists and libraries as knowledge bases
- Business Analysis & Solutions Design: Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical designs and automated workflows
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Expertise in developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights and data tracking (e.g. funding project impact metrics)
- End-User Support & Documentation: Experience providing user training support and creating comprehensive documentation for M365 solutions
- Hands on experience and thorough understanding of the following:
- Navy (or similar) architecture frameworks and business/acquisition processes
- DoD information assurance and cyber policies
- Virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper-V)
- Cloud-based networking solutions (e.g. AWS Azure)
Desired Skills
- DoD/Navy Environment Experience: Familiarity with the DoD FlankSpeed environment or experience supporting Navy programs
- Microsoft Certifications:Relevant Microsoft Power Platform or M365 certifications (e.g. PL-100 MS-300).
- Advanced Data Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse or Azure DevOps for enhanced data management and application lifecycle management (ALM)
- Process Improvement Background: Knowledge of Agile methodologies or process improvement frameworks like Lean/Six Sigma
Clearance Information
