Job Summary
- Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business objectives
- Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders HR partners and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.
- Lead market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive both internally and externally. If any gaps are identified recommended enhancements to programs.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on compensation related matters including new hires promotions and retention.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or Equivalent required
- Masters Degree or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 15 years experience
