Job Summary

  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business objectives
  • Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders HR partners and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.
  • Lead market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive both internally and externally. If any gaps are identified recommended enhancements to programs.
  • Provide guidance to senior leadership on compensation related matters including new hires promotions and retention.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or Equivalent required
  • Masters Degree or Equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 15 years experience
