Job Description:

• Follow safety requirements including using PPE (safety glasses cut-resistant gloves safety shoes) and proper lifting/hoist procedures for heavy materials.
• Read and interpret shop floor displays instructions diagrams and measuring devices to ensure product quality and meet specifications.
• Operate tools machines and processes effectively while maintaining productivity and quality standards with basic computer skills required.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team perform physical tasks (lifting pushing pulling) and assist in other areas as needed.

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
