As an Installation Specialist for our Solar Innovations brand you will be on the front lines of delivering high-quality custom-engineered glass enclosures and window / door systems to residential and commercial clients. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in a specialized trade while traveling with your team to diverse job sites.

You will work in the field installing greenhouses conservatories skylights and window and door products using your technical skills and attention to detail to bring each project to life. Whether youre a seasoned tradesperson or early in your career with a passion for hands-on work this role provides meaningful growth in a growing industry.

Schedule & Travel: 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday at customer job sites.This is a field-based traveling role. Based on job location youll be home nightly and/or on weekends. Primary territory covers the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. All necessary tools and travel costs are provided including hotel daily meal stipend and company vehicle.

What you will be doing:

• Travel to residential and commercial customer job sites to perform professional installation of custom glass enclosures and/or window and door systems
• Interpret blueprints and installation manuals to guide accurate assembly and avoid unnecessary rework
• Complete final detailing and caulking work with precision and efficiency consistently meeting or exceeding quality standards
• Support the safe operation of equipment such as scissor lifts forklifts and boom lifts in accordance with OSHA standards
• Assist with driving responsibilities in company work vehicles (non-DOT)
• Follow internal procedures for timekeeping expenses and other company practices to support seamless operations

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in commercial glazing construction carpentry remodeling and/or home building; related trade school education will also be considered
• Experience in residential or commercial installation environments
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Comfort working at heights and in varied job site conditions
• Ability to travel both for day trips and overnight trips
• Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record

Nice to Have:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• Previous experience installing windows and/or doors
• Experience handling glass products

Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $24 - $32 USD per hour. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
