Location: Richmond VA

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in marketing within the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry. The intern will gain firsthand experience supporting business development and marketing efforts with a focus on presentation development project database management and social media content creation.

Responsibilities:

Presentation Development
- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials including client presentations.
- Format content graphics and layouts to align with brand standards.
- Support storytelling efforts by organizing project information into compelling narratives.
Project Database Management
- Maintain and update the firms project database with accurate and current information.
- Organize project descriptions images and key metrics for easy access and reuse.
- Assist in tracking project milestones and marketing assets.
Social Media Content Creation and Photography
- Help develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Instagram).
- Collaborate with team members to gather content images and updates.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and visibility.
- Assist with photo shoots.

Qualifications:
Candidates should be enrolled in or hold a degree in marketing communications business or a related field. Strong written and verbal communications skills are necessary as well as attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ideal candidates will also be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator) is required.

Compensation: $24/hour
