Deployment Specialist (Onsite in Fort Wayne, IN)

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients toughest problems we need a Deployment Specialist in Fort Wayne IN to join our Enterprise MSP team. The Deployment Specialist is primarily responsible for imaging provisioning and installing workstations in an enterprise environment. Primary Responsibilities

• You will provide amazing support to our clients greatly exceeding their experience of what anyone else has ever done for them.
• You will prepare and install desktops laptops and miscellaneous hardware for customers.
• You will keep customer documentation up-to-date and accurate.
• You will keep inventory records up-to-date and accurate.
• You will work collaboratively with teams of smart thoughtful people to best meet the needs of our clients.
• You will demonstrate the ability to organize prioritize plan and deliver your work and commitments on time.

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and oral.
• Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to just about anyone regardless of their background.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client sites within the county as needed.
• Must live in or around the Fort Wayne IN area and able to work fully onsite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Some of the technical skills we are expecting are

• Servers: Active Directory File Permissions Backups Antivirus
• Networks: Basic ISP Up/Down Troubleshooting General Troubleshooting of PC Network connectivity.
• Computers: Computer Replacement hardware/driver troubleshooting Common OS problems Outlook.
• User Support: User Profile Migrations Outlook Setup Log In Issues User Setup Workstation Deployment.
• Applications and Products: Microsoft 365 ConnectWise Manage ConnectWise Automate Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Microsoft Teams.
• Asset disposal: Responsible recycling of assets following the organizations e-recycling policies and standards.
