The LPN will support patient care by administering medications assisting with treatments and ensuring accurate documentation while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and manage medication distribution (pill call)
Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and treatments
Monitor assess and document patient conditions and responses to care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulations
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing care
Support daily patient care activities to ensure comfort and safety
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Alaska
