The Event Assistant supports the planning and execution of events ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup coordination and breakdown
- Support event logistics and on-site operations
- Greet and assist attendees in a professional manner
- Distribute event materials and provide information
- Coordinate with team members and vendors
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
