Job Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in location.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming toileting and dressing
- Support mobility including transfers and use of assistive equipment (e.g. sit-to-stand lift)
- Assist with feeding and medication reminders
- Monitor and maintain catheter care (if applicable)
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry dishes and maintaining a clean environment
- Provide companionship and ensure client safety and comfort
Client Needs & Preferences:
This role involves hands-on personal care for a male client. The client has expressed a preference for a caregiver who is comfortable assisting with full personal care while maintaining dignity respect and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification (preferred but not required depending on state)
- Prior experience with personal care and mobility assistance
- Experience with catheter care is a plus
- Compassionate patient and reliable
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow a care plan
