Our client is seeking an Attorney Support Assistant out of their Silicon Valley office. The ASA will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow).
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily time entry expense reimbursement calendaring and scheduling managing/editing documents and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Generating editing and posting client invoices
Qualifications:
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys clients vendors and staff throughout the firm
- Demonstrate the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
- A high school diploma or an equivalent preferably a bachelors degree
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment preferably
