Job Title: Temporary Arabic to English Production / Warehouse TranslatorPay Rate: $17.50 per hourPosition Type: TemporaryShifts Available:1st Shift2nd ShiftPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Temporary Arabic to English Production/Warehouse Translator to support communication on the production floor. This role is responsible for assisting employees and supervisors by translating instructions work processes and work orders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a hands-on position that requires being present on the production floor and actively supporting the ResponsibilitiesProvide real-time Arabic to English translation on the production floorAssist employees with understanding job duties work instructions and safety proceduresTranslate work orders production documentation and operational instructionsSupport supervisors and team leads with communication between Arabic-speaking and English-speaking employeesAssist with employee training and onboarding when neededHelp clarify work processes and answer basic operational questionsMaintain professionalism and confidentiality when translating workplace communicationsWork collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to support daily operationsQualificationsFluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) requiredAbility to work in a production or warehouse environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain professional and neutral while translatingComfortable being on the production floor for extended periodsPrevious warehouse production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
