Job Summary
Position Summary:
General Characteristics Assists with daily operations and provides general administrative support to the assigned IT organization. Responsibilities may include participating and assisting in the preparation of the annual business plan for the assigned IT functional area coordinating the contract management efforts such as the development of flow charts and supporting the process and final execution of procedures. Maintains annual expense budgets utilizing proper accounting/budgeting controls enters financial data into a tracking system and provides regular and ad-hoc financial status reports. Implements cost allocation program and respond to basic questions and concerns from the business areas. Reviews invoices identify disparities and resolves basic issues with the vendors. May serve as the liaison between IT technical teams resource managers and human resources organization to develop and implement appropriate IT talent management activities. May participate in developing implementing and maintaining IT communication strategies and plans.
