Job Summary
Using all aspects of Family Style Service the Arcade Attendant ensures a safe fun-filled and exciting environment for our Arcade guests. Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment $20.00 Per hour
Responsibilities
Assists the Supervisor with coordination of team member tasks for the Arcade
Assists with the training of new team members in customer service and equipment operations on kiosk operations
Uses proper cash handling procedures for any assigned bank funds. Maintains accuracy while processing sale transactions and making change. Signs out secures utilizes and returns bank funds according to policy.
Develops an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments. Uses that knowledge to answer guest questions and proactively offer information to guests to build relationships and maximize Arcade revenues.
Troubleshoots and addresses more complex game and kiosk issues to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our Arcade guests. Reports unresolved issues to the Supervisor
Becomes knowledgeable regarding the kiosk operations as well as the Redemption POS operations to assist guests appropriately and accurately.
Actively monitors the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages. Reports any suspicious persons or activity to the Supervisor or Security immediately.
Maintains a clean safe and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
Completes any stock counts or other projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Works with Supervisors to display and maintain Redemption counter according to established merchandising standards. Reports any stock or supplies needing replenishment.
Provides accurate information regarding the property and the amenities it has to offer.
Completes other assignments as requested by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year prior customer service experience preferred.
Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Smiling and eye contact are required.
Literate and fluent in English
Ability to perform basic math skills
Adheres to all regulatory company and department policies and procedures
