We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular care behavioral health allergy testing and immunotherapy in-house lab testing imaging chronic disease management and other specialty health services. We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to promote and maintain patients health by providing high-quality patient-centered care. As a Physician you will be expected to conduct physical examinations interpret diagnostic tests and manage patients overall health. You will serve as both a clinical provider and an advocate for disease prevention supporting patients on their path toward improved wellness. Extensive clinical experience in primary care is highly valued. A collaborative spirit and positive attitude are a must as you will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient examinations and review medical histories
  • Order interpret and follow up on diagnostic tests (labs imaging etc.)
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate and timely charting
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses treatment plans and medications
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes prevention and wellness
  • Promote evidence-based health practices
  • Maintain clinical competency and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Physician Assistants in accordance with applicable regulations

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Primary Care Physician in an outpatient setting
  • Strong knowledge of primary acute and chronic care management
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
