Title: Locums Recruiter Physician Staffing
Location: Remote (Must reside in: CO FL GA KY MA MO MS NH or TX)
Compensation: Base Commission (Target $300K annual billing)
About the Opportunity
Were partnered with a growing healthcare staffing firm looking to add a high-producing Locums Recruiter focused on physician and advanced practice placements.
This is a fully remote role but only open to candidates living in approved states.
This is a production-driven environment not a training ground.
What Youll Do
- Recruit and place locum tenens providers primarily:
- Physicians (MD/DO)
- Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA)
- Physicians (MD/DO)
- Focus on hospital-based specialties and IM subspecialties
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of providers
- Drive outbound recruiting activity (calls texts sourcing)
- Own the full lifecycle from sourcing placement retention
- Partner with sales to fill high-priority openings
What Theyre Looking For
- Proven experience in locums or healthcare recruiting
- Track record of $250K$300K in annual billings (or close)
- Strong preference for:
- Physician recruiting experience
- APP recruiting required
- Physician recruiting experience
- RN recruiting background is acceptable if youve moved into provider staffing
- Self-starter with a production mindset
- Comfortable working remotely without hand-holding
Compensation & Upside
