Perm Placement/Conversion Fee Requirement:

MD/DO: $22k

Call back hour Requirement:

24 hour shift 4 hours gratis included

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 120 days
Travel/Reimbursement: Flight hotel and rental car reimbursed

22k conversion rate cap REQUIRED- needed at time of presentation
