Job Summary
Entry-level professional responsible for supporting small to moderate performance improvement (PI) projects using the BenefitEffort framework to evaluate impact and feasibility. Works under close supervision to collect data assist in scoring and implement approved changes.
Responsibilities
Performs detailed BenefitEffort scoring to quantify potential gains in quality safety engagement and financial outcomes. Supports data collection and analysis to identify improvement priorities. Projects with value up to 150K. Identifies opportunities for low error reduction.
Partners with internal customers to clarify needs track progress and report on project outcomes. Mentors A3 projects for front-line leaders.
Serves as a subject matter resource to ancillary and nursing departments facilitating consensus around BenefitEffort scoring and project prioritization.
Leads multiple small to moderate projects simultaneously.
Projects identified as 1-6 for 75 % of the benefit categories (Quality and Safety TeamMember Engagement Consumer Experience Financial Impact >250K Error Reduction).
Leads project with investment of <100K.
Validated Project Personal Portfolio ROI:
>100 K dollars per 18 months.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 1 year in performance improvement healthcare quality or process improvement
