Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Integration Developer to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise Customer Service Management platform. The role involves designing developing and maintaining integrations and customizations within a Dynamics 365 environment ensuring scalable secure and high-performing solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop test and implement custom plugins workflows and extensions within Dynamics 365
• Build integrations with external systems using Azure services such as Logic Apps Functions and Service Bus
• Develop and configure solutions using Power Platform (Model-driven apps Canvas apps Power Automate Dataverse)
• Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Implement and manage security using role-based access and identity services
• Utilize Azure DevOps for version control CI/CD pipelines and deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices for performance security and maintainability
• Provide technical guidance and support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in enterprise application development
• 38 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development and customization
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET and JavaScript
• Experience with Azure services (Functions Logic Apps Service Bus Storage APIM Synapse)
• In-depth knowledge of Dataverse Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (Repos Pipelines)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience with Power Platform components
• Exposure to Customer Insights (Data/Journey)
• Knowledge of Azure SQL Database
• Familiarity with Azure integrations for business applications
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
